Marc G. Gross Esq. is the Founder and Managing Director of Empire Law Group, a multi-state interdisciplinary law practice headquartered in Manhattan. For over a decade, Marc has been dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to everyday individuals and businesses, ensuring they receive personalized attention and expertise.

Trust and Estates Expertise

Marc specializes in trust and estate planning, offering tailored solutions for clients at all stages of life. Whether you are a new parent, a new homeowner, recently divorced, or an older adult preparing for the future, Marc can guide you through the complexities of estate planning. His services include creating Last Wills and Testaments, establishing guardianships, managing probate processes, and setting up trusts—both revocable and irrevocable. Marc's goal is to provide peace of mind by ensuring that your assets and loved ones are protected according to your wishes.

General Counsel Services for Businesses

Marc serves as outside general counsel for entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners, providing vital support from company formation and structuring, to contract review and compliance. Marc's expertise helps businesses navigate legal challenges, mitigate risks, and achieve their strategic goals. He is particularly adept at negotiating, authoring and executing a wide range of legal documents, including confidentiality agreements, employment contracts, shareholder agreements, and vendor contracts.

Career Highlights and Community Involvement

Before founding Empire Law Group, Marc served as Director of Scheduling & Advance and Senior Advisor to President Bill Clinton for over six years. In this capacity, he worked with international political leaders, government officials, high-profile CEOs, and non-profit organizations. He managed significant projects such as the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami relief efforts, the 2005 Inaugural Clinton Global Initiative Meeting, and Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Later, as Comptroller of the Clinton Foundation, he revamped the foundation's financial policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.

After law school Marc served as an associate at Condon & Forsyth, where he represented air carriers and other entities in tort and personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and cases arising under international treaties.

He is passionate about giving back to the community and serves on the boards of Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow (OBT), which empowers disenfranchised youth, and the Caroga Arts Collective, which brings musicians and artists together to enhance the community.

Education and Personal Life

Marc holds a B.A. from CUNY-Hunter College in New York, NY, and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA. Originally from Staten Island, Marc earned his Eagle Scout badge at age 16 and continues the tradition of service as a scout leader in Queens, NY where he lives with his wife and two sons.
